Yuri Skander is a respected wizard who runs Skanders Imporium of Magic in Vallaki, buying and selling much of the magical merchandise that the Tser Hill Vistani bring into town from beyond the Mists. He is the 'Prime' Skander — the original — from whom five duplicates were created by a magical accident involving an amulet of wishing.
