Bildrath Cantemir is the owner of the only general store in the Village of Barovia. He is a greedy, self-serving man who gouges prices mercilessly — charging ten times the normal rate for basic supplies because he knows his customers have no alternative. Bildrath views the misery of Barovia as a business opportunity and shows no sympathy for those who cannot afford his prices. His massive nephew Parriwimple serves as both stock boy and enforcer.
